Assignment Details

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct time and motion studies to analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement in workflows, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
  2. Apply expertise in time study methodologies, process optimization, and continuous improvement to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
  3. Establish accurate and reliable work standards for various manufacturing operations, ensuring tasks are completed within optimal time frames.
  4. Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at eliminating waste, including time, materials, and energy, using Lean Manufacturing principles such as cycle time reduction, workflow optimization, and quality enhancement.
  5. Implement Kaizen techniques for continuous improvement, facilitating workshops and providing employee training to encourage small, incremental improvements across processes.

Skills Required

  • Proficiency in the MOST methodology and related tools  
  • Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, process optimization, and productivity enhancement 
  • Low-cost automation to eliminate defects and improve productivity  
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is required
