Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a Consultant—ESP Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic advisory and recommendations to support various business requirements, including manufacturing strategy, expansion projects, governance, and organizational design.
Offer specialized knowledge and technical inputs to address specific operational challenges and opportunities, ensuring smooth operations.
Support the leadership team of new plants by offering insights, training, and coaching to help them make informed decisions and develop their skills.
Assist in navigating crisis situations, offering guidance on risk mitigation and contingency planning.
Leverage a professional network to facilitate growth and expansion in specific cases.
Address any other business or people-related topics as proposed by the company or as assigned by the Senior Vice President.

Skills Required

Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, strategy development, and project management.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of supporting senior leadership teams.
Ability to leverage professional networks to support business growth and expansion efforts.
