Assignment Details

Our client is a leading consulting firm and is looking for an Operations Consultant specialized in CDMO.

Key Deliverables-

- Analysis of client’s plant MIS (Mfg. records, production allocation) to baseline OAE for the equipment/ lines and plant
- Understand the process flow charts and identify any gaps across locations [variations]
- Data assessment to identify opportunities for cost reduction [e.g. yield, cycle time reduction, etc.]
- Analysis of manpower deployment data to identify Support in the development of RFQ document for the category (Chemicals, solvents, spares, production consumables, etc. )
- Develop SOP/ process charts for modifications in the production process
- Develop norms for staffing for different sections based on the inputs from the team.

Skills Required

- Knowledge of plant operations for APIs, intermediates, FDF or CDMO plants
- Understanding of process chemistry
- Problem-solving and analytics capability
- Medium Proficiency in MS Excel with ability to analyze fragmented unstructured data
- Medium proficiency in MS PowerPoint
