Our client, an Indian multinational conglomerate renowned for its operations in infrastructure, is seeking a Land and Permitting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage land acquisition and allotment for wind-solar projects.
Ensure timely compliance with GOs and regulatory requirements.
Obtain necessary approvals from statutory and nodal agencies.
Conduct DD for land agreements and create security for lenders.

Skills Required

Skills Required:

Knowledge of land acquisition, permitting, and regulatory processes.
Strong project management and legal skills (preferably LLB).
Stakeholder management and communication skills.
Risk management in land acquisition and project financing.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably with LLB.
Experience in MW-scale wind and solar projects.
15-20 years in wind/solar development, OEMs, IPPs, or EPC.
