Assignment Details

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company is looking to engage with a Consultant Corporate Lawyer. 

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide expert legal advice on pharmaceutical industry matters, including regulatory issues, compliance, and commercial contracts.
-Advise on export control laws, sanctions, and ensure the company remains compliant with relevant regulations.
-Oversee corporate governance practices and ensure all legal documentation and filings align with applicable laws.
-Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring legal protection for the company.
-Advise management on legal and regulatory developments affecting business operations.
 

Duration- 6 months

Capacity- Full time

Location- Celon Labs facility in Hyderabad

Skills Required

-8-10 years of experience as a practicing corporate lawyer, ideally with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
-In-depth knowledge of export controls, sanctions, and corporate governance.
-Strong communication skills in English.
-Demonstrated integrity, resilience, and a proactive attitude in challenging legal environments.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
