Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an Independent Consultant: Director - Social Relations & Compliance.
Responsibilities:
Social Relations Management:
Develop and implement strategies to foster positive social relations within the organization.
Promote a conducive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
Industrial Relations Oversight:
Manage interactions with labor unions and external stakeholders related to industrial relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Statutory Compliance Leadership:
Oversee and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements applicable to GSC India.
Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing social and industrial relations in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
