Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Consultant

Key responsibilities:
• Provide support on the Contract Lifecycle Management tool deployment as part of the Business Legal CLM team including uploading of contracts into the CLM tool and associated data entry.
• Internal stakeholders: Working collaboratively within company internal systems to assist with the CLM tool operations including answering first level enquiries where required.
• Legal and Integrity: Assisting the Legal and Compliance function in ensuring the business meets legal, regulatory, integrity and contractual obligations in a way that appropriately takes account of commercial imperatives.
• Identify and provide appropriate training on the CLM tool for the company cross-functional teams as required from time to time.
• Provide input and opinions to help form specific decisions and plans on the CLM tool format / layout as required.
• Encourages the open expression of ideas and opinions in the group around what needs to be done
• Respects concerns and limitations of individual team members without compromising standards of performance, assigns individual responsibility

Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore (1-2 day per week in office)
Capacity: Full time
Duration: 12 months

Skills Required

• Experienced Lawyer with PQE of 5+ experience;
• Familiarity with contracts of different types especially construction or engineering contracts, frame agreements and EPOC Infrastructure contracts;
• Legal Analysis including ability to read and extract key information from contracts;
• Drafting Skills;
• Ability to meet demanding and numerous deadlines; and
• Good team working skills
