Our client is an Indian rural non-banking financial company and they are looking to engage with an Lead - Disciplinary & Compliance who will be responsible for managing and overseeing disciplinary processes within the organization, focusing particularly on domestic inquiries and the creation and response to show cause notices.

Key Responsibilities:

Domestic Inquiry Management:

Lead, manage, and conduct domestic inquiries related to employee misconduct or violations of company policies.
Ensure all domestic inquiries are conducted impartially and in accordance with established company procedures, ensuring fairness and due process.
Coordinate the gathering of evidence, witness testimonies, and documentation relevant to the inquiry.
Show Cause Notices:
Draft and issue show cause notices to employees involved in disciplinary matters, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and legal compliance.
Ensure that show cause notices accurately detail the alleged misconduct, provide employees with a fair opportunity to respond, and outline the consequences of non-compliance.

Skills Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, professional documents and reports.
Strong investigative and problem-solving skills to assess complex situations and make fair decisions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues with discretion.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
