Our client, a digital health marketplace and are looking to engage with a Consultant: Product Analyst. They're looking for an analytics expert who can build and own the data infrastructure
and insights generation that powers health journeys. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of user behavior patterns, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics to help optimize our health journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive consistent quarterly improvement in journey completion rates by identifying drop-off points, analyzing user behavior patterns, and recommending targeted optimizations based on data-driven insights.
● Increase customer ROI by developing and maintaining analytics frameworks that identify the most effective engagement strategies per user segment and channel, enabling our health journey PMs to optimize resource allocation.
● Enable 2x faster product iteration cycles by building experimentation frameworks and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into journey performance metrics, helping product teams validate hypotheses within days instead of weeks.
● Reduce user acquisition costs by building predictive models that identify high-value user segments and optimal engagement timing, working closely with our AI team to automate personalization.
● 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or related field with
focus on consumer behavior analysis
● 3+ years of experience working with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data
analysis and visualization
● Strong background in statistical analysis and experiment design (A/B testing)
● Experience with behavioral analytics platforms and user journey tracking tools
● Demonstrated ability to translate complex data analyses into clear, actionable
insights for product teams
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity
● Excellent communication skills, to both external and internal stakeholders
● Self motivated and self managing
