Assignment Details

Our client, an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation is looking to engage with a Data Analyst. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management & Operations:
    Build, maintain, and monitor data across key channels and tools to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
    Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and generate actionable business reports for key stakeholders.
    Develop automated processes for regular data updates and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
    Create dashboards and data models to identify trends and provide business insights across projects in the India-APAC region.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is accessible and meets the needs of various business units.
     
  • Commercial Operations (Data-Specific Support):
    Assist with budget data management, tracking spend against budgeted amounts, and providing insights on cost efficiency.
    Support the launch of commercial channels by ensuring relevant data is available and actionable.
    Monitor tasks assigned to team members and provide data support for the successful execution of initiatives.
    Contribute to the preparation of regular monthly reports and performance reports using data-driven insights.
     
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management (Data-Focused):
    Serve as the central point of coordination for data management across key projects in India-APAC.
    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data needs are met across functions such as marketing, finance, and operations.
    Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights into key business activities and trends across the region.
     


 

Skills Required

  • 3-6 years of experience in project management and data analytics.
  • Experience with Generative AI, and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
  • Strong experience in data visualization and reporting using Power BI and other analytics tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Data Management/Mapping, SQL, and Advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Strong orientation towards planning and execution excellence.
  • Ability to effectively summarize and present project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
