Assignment Details
Our client, one of the world's premier biopharmaceutical companies, is looking to engage with a Power BI / Data Analyst consultant.
The consultant will provide key services on the following-
Data management and operations:
- Build, maintain and monitor data across key channels and tools
- Drive APAC, AFME data quality across multiple markets
- Analyze the data using statistical methods and generate useful business reports.
- Create automated process, ensuring systematic updates can be done easily and create dashboards.
- Use data to create models that depict trends.
Commercial Operations:
- Support and/or lead launch of new reports/dashboards
- Enterprise working experience with analyzing, calculating KPIs, and aligning KPIs across multiple markets
- Follow-ups and regular monitoring of tasks assigned to the team
- Assist or lead in the preparation of monthly reports and other regular reports
- Plan, organize and execute regional meetings, as required
- Assist in preparation for critical meetings with key stakeholders
- Adhere and monitor the financial budgets defined for various programs and activities and the budgeted vs. actual costs of the programs
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management:
- Central point of co-ordination across APAC & AFME on key projects
- Drive key projects across APAC & AFME by engaging different stakeholders across the organization.
Skills Required
- Professional enterprise level experience in Visualization and Power BI with reporting and Analytics.
- >3 years of project management and Data Analytics experience
- Proficient in MS Office skills-Data Management/mapping, SQL, Advanced Excel.
- 2+ years professional enterprise level experience with PowerBI and other Power Platform Solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, etc)
- 2+ years professional enterprise level experience working with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Data Analysis Expressions (DAX)
- Create data models, DAX calculations, and visualizations to support complex analytical tasks for 5+ global markets.
- 2+ experience in Designing, building, documenting, and updating 5+ BI solutions for multiple end users.
- Demonstrated enterprise experience in data analytics and database management.
- Excellent Communication & analytical skills.
- Strong orientation towards planning / execution excellence, and proactiveness
- Experience summarizing and presenting project updates to leadership.
