Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, wants to engage with a Business Analytics Specialist (R&D).

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with global teams to understand and enable digital capabilities within business processes.
- Lead engagement with business users to analyze change needs, identify training and communication requirements, and deliver tailored strategies.
- Craft clear and impactful communication, ensuring the imperative for change is delivered effectively across various user personas.
- Develop user journeys and conceptualize user experiences that ensure value, ease of adoption, and user satisfaction.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to value creation and proactively address challenges with key stakeholders.
- Support training initiatives by translating change needs into specific learning interventions suitable for each role or scenario.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in digital transformation within the consumer goods industry.

Skills Required

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BTech preferred).
- Proven experience in digital transformation, product management, or related roles, particularly in the consumer goods industry.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
- Strong understanding of business processes and digital systems, with the ability to translate change needs into actionable plans.
- Experience with change management, risk evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and influence diverse user groups.
- Consumer goods industry experience is highly preferred.
