Assignment Details

Our client, Indian multinational pharmaceutical company
The role to enable change management across the quality function with a specific emphasis on investigations. The focus is on strengthening the quality and investigation process to be best in class so that the issues identified by regulators are reduced and they have more predictability.
They are looking to enhance DRL's investigation process to make it best in class. This includes 3 key elements:
> In depth assessment of current capabilities of our investigator's to determine a baseline
> Defining our processes end to end and implementing a capability building program/ training approach that leverages insights from our site operations
> Establishing an investigation mastery/ certification program to maintain highest standards of investigation capabilities

Skills Required

  • Experience - 20+ years in pharma, and preferably with global quality processes experience from one of the global pharma companies. Someone who not only is strong technically but also has experience in running a change process like they have envisaged.
  • Technical expertise -  A technical expert who can influence, and design and facilitate transformation programs including training and certification.
  • Location - Hyderabad and maybe site specific travel.
  • Nature of Work - On-site mostly; with the right expert, this could be flexible.
