Assignment Details

Our client, one of the major bancassurance-led insurance companies is looking to engage with an 

IT expert for a project opportunity.


Short description of the project: Smart solution to automate and unify our recruitment processes to source, screen, assess candidates on-the-go including registering vendors and candidates, scheduling the interview and filling in online evaluation form, i.e. One-stop solution from sourcing to final evaluation for hiring decision with a simple click of a button. It was done on a platform called Talview.
Project deliverables: Expected end products/ outcome-

1. Automated candidate sourcing through QR code, micro job site and smart registration form

2. Vendor/ consultant registration and aggregation/consolidation and near real-time tracking through their referral tagging.

3. Pre assessment profile screening option

4. AI proctored smart assessments- MCQ, Technical and Video assessment.

5. AI-ML enabled Talview behavioural report

6. Automated final interview scheduling (Live or offline)

7. Digital assessment form (IAF) for Hiring panel and HR with Skip level approval/ feedback upload option and complete form download option.

8. QC option enabled for team HR with parameter-based evaluation basis cut off.

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Duration: 3 Months (extendable)

Capacity: Full Time

Skills Required

  • Functional knowledge of company’s HR and recruitment- onboarding processes
  •  Basic technical knowledge of all the department and functions of the company, 
  • Advanced technical knowledge of front-end, back-end development, AI-ML algorithms and NLP models.
