Assignment Details

The CHL-GPT platform is a unique, Generative Pre-training Transformer (GPT) system built exclusively for CHL employees. It aims to enhance internal efficiency by providing intelligent solutions for queries related to CHL products, functional processes/policies, and data analysis. The platform will be hosted on the company intranet, with zero querying costs for employees. The platform will provide three primary services: answering queries related to CHL products and policies, solving data-related queries from sales dashboards, and offering an open section for any type of query.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Integration of GPT-based Services:

  • Design and develop a robust platform that allows employees to interact with GPT to access information related to CHL products, policies, and processes.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to respond to queries related to specific domains, such as HR, Admin, Compliance, Internal Audit, IT, and Investment.
  • Develop and integrate solutions to help solve data-related queries from the Saral dashboard, using advanced AI models.

Open CHL-GPT Section:

  • Create an open query section in the CHL-GPT platform where users can pose any type of query, with the platform providing intelligent responses based on available data.
  • Implement continuous learning and model training for this section to improve accuracy and user experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Admin, IT, Compliance, etc.) to ensure that the platform responds accurately to a variety of business-specific queries.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to integrate the platform with existing systems like the Saral dashboard, ensuring seamless data access and retrieval.

AI and Model Training:

  • Leverage advanced LLM algorithms to train the GPT model for optimal query handling and interaction.
  • Work with text-to-SQL frameworks to enable efficient querying of databases and ensure relevant and timely responses for data-related queries.

Front-End Development:

  • Develop an intuitive, user-friendly interface for the platform, ensuring easy navigation and a seamless user experience.
  • Ensure that the platform is compatible with the intranet environment, maintaining smooth access and usability.

Testing, Documentation, and Training:

  • Conduct testing for platform functionality, including AI-driven query responses and data integration.
  • Prepare user documentation and provide necessary training to employees on using the platform effectively.

Skills Required

  • Duration: 3 months (extendable depending on the project scope).
  • Location: Hybrid work setup, based in Gurgaon.
  • Work Capacity: Full-time, 5 days a week.
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI and LLM (Large Language Models), particularly in the context of GPT platforms.
  • Experience with AI-based model training, fine-tuning, and optimization for specific queries and domains.
  • Expertise in text-to-SQL frameworks and understanding of database query mechanisms.
  • Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP) methodologies to handle diverse query types.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end UI development, ensuring user-friendly interface design and integration.

Functional Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of life insurance business processes, products, and policies, including HR, Admin, Compliance, IT, and Investment domains.
  • Ability to understand and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work with various internal teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
