Our client, an Indian insurance company, is looking for a skilled professional to lead the development of an AI-based Real-Time Analytical Engine.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Automation of QC Process:
Eliminate manual quality checks, boosting QA productivity by delivering real-time/near real-time insights into agent performance.


2. Improved Agent Behavior:
Enhance agent performance through data-driven feedback and actionable insights.


3. Customer Retention Insights:
Uncover key insights that drive customer retention and elevate the overall customer experience.


4. Voice of the Customer:
Capture and act on customer feedback, including escalations and negative remarks, ensuring timely resolutions and proactive improvements.

Skills Required

Skills Required:

  • Advanced knowledge of customer service, engagement, and relationship management, with a strong focus on insurance industry processes such as Persistency, Claims, Surrender Retention, and Customer Service.
  • Expertise in NLP models, including speech-to-text analytics and sentiment analysis.
  • Proficiency in real-time system integration through APIs and experience with both front-end and back-end development for creating interactive dashboards and analytics solutions.
