Our client is a leading Indian conglomerate looking for a DevOps Engineer & Project manager. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of ELK-based solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Implement and manage DevSecOps practices, integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline
- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, providing remediation plans.
- Manage security tools (DAST, SAST, container security) and automate security processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices and perform code reviews.
- Provide guidance on secure DevOps practices and conduct security awareness training.
- Design and maintain APM and ELK-based solutions for log management and monitoring.
- Drive automation and continuous integration/delivery improvements.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and resources, ensuring successful delivery.
- Troubleshoot ELK stack deployments and configurations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues with stakeholders.
- Stay current with trends in DevSecOps, APM, and Agile technologies.
Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience in software development and project management, with 3+ years in a DevOps Project Manager role.
- Proficient in Dynatrace, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and APM tools.
- Strong knowledge of system administration, Linux, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and scripting (Bash, Python, Perl).
- Familiar with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
