Assignment Details
Our Client is seeking a seasoned Sr. React JS UI Developer with a strong background in ecommerce related products.
Key responsibilities: -
1. UI Development & Optimization:
o Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable code for our ecommerce platform
using React JS.
o Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by optimizing
code and implementing best practices.
o Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with
server-side logic.
2. User Experience Enhancement:
o Implement new features and user interfaces from wireframe models and mockups.
o Convert Figma designs to functional React code.
o Conduct regular code reviews to improve code quality and consistency.
o Work closely with the design team to translate design concepts into functional and
visually appealing interfaces.
3. Agile SCRUM Practices:
o Participate actively in Agile SCRUM ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint
planning, retrospectives, and demos.
o Contribute to sprint goals by effectively managing time and priorities.
o Provide accurate estimates for development tasks and deliver high-quality work on
time.
o Utilize JIRA for project management, tracking, and workflow optimization.
4. Technical Leadership:
o Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
within the team.
o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our
platform remains at the cutting edge.
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing solutions that are
both effective and scalable.
Skills Required
• Must have experience in building B2C or B2B ecommerce portals.
• At least 5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React JS.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficient in JavaScript, React JS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies.
o Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
o Knowledge of version control (Bitbucket) systems.
o Ability to convert Figma designs to functional React code.
• Deep understanding of code optimization and best practices in React JS development.
• Familiarity with Agile SCRUM concepts and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Knowledge of MySQL
