Assignment Details

Our client, an American multinational consumer products company is looking to engage with a Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist. 

Key Responsibilities:


1. Data Collection & Compilation: Gather and consolidate data from multiple stakeholders, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.

2. Data Reconciliation: Identify discrepancies within the data and work towards reconciling these inconsistencies to maintain data integrity.

3. Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that can help the Sales team make informed business decisions.

4. Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and assess the performance of the Sales team.

5. Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes for data collection, validation, and analysis to improve overall data management practices.

6. Data Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data, identifying areas for improvement.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements.
 

 

Skills Required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience managing and analyzing data, preferably in a Sales-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of Sales KPIs and metrics.
  • Ability to identify trends and anomalies in large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with different teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Experience with data reconciliation, reporting, and process optimization.
