Our client an AI technology company dedicated to addressing educational challenges is seeking a Consultant: Product Strategy Lead.
1. Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
2. Roadmap Development: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
3. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful launches.
5. User-Centred Design: Advocate for user-centred design principles, ensuring that product features and enhancements deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.
6. Product Development: Oversee the entire product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organisation.
8. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
9. User Feedback: Gather and analyse user feedback to continuously improve the product and address user needs.
10. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
11. Budget Management: Manage product budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with financial goals.
Skills Required
● 3-7 years of experience in the education space, preferably in the educational technology sector.
● Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products from concept to market.
● Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
● Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
● Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering user-centred solutions.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
● Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact through technology.
● Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
● Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in educational solutions is a plus.
