Assignment Details

Our Client a leading Conslting Firm is looking to get engage with a consultant(QA Lead) for a short term Project.

 

  • Work closely with the client's QA teams to assess, design, and implement test automation strategies.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and training on best QA practices, test automation frameworks, and tools.
  • Set up and optimize automated testing processes for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure best-in-class QA standards by defining test strategies, writing test cases, and improving defect management.
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze test results, and recommend solutions to improve quality and efficiency.

Skills Required

  • 6-7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) with expertise in test automation.
  • Strong background in setting up and scaling automated QA processes.
  • Experience in working with clients to define and implement QA best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coach and mentor client teams.
  • Ability to work onsite in Pune or travel as required.
