Assignment Details

Our client is primarily focused at building enabling ecosystems and channeling capital to create and nurture a sustainable and equitable society and is looking to engage with an  Agroforestry Professional.

Key Responsibilities-
-Oversee on-ground agroforestry project implementation, ensuring  adherence to timelines and deliverables.
-Coordinate with field teams, local communities, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
-Monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions in real-time.
-Collect, validate, and analyze project data
-Ensure data accuracy and completeness in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
-Prepare and present detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

-Liaise with data collectors, farmers, local governments, and NGOs to align goals and foster collaboration.
-Conduct training sessions or workshops as needed to build 
capacity among project participants.

Note - -The consultant will have to travel to Jharkhand to support and train Data Collectors. 
 

Skills Required

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Environmental 
Science, or a related field.
-Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in agroforestry project management and data analysis .
-Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
-Excellent organizational and project management skills.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize 
complex data.
-Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities 

-Work Conditions-Willingness to travel to remote project locations as required
