Assignment Details

Our Client, a multinational alcoholic beverage company is looking for a Data Analytics Head. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving key analytics initiatives, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring smooth data management processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of key analytics projects aligned with the overall business strategy to drive significant impact across the organization.
  • Own and manage all data sources within the organization, ensuring data availability and consistency across systems.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes for master data management.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners, solution architects, and analysts to design and develop tools using the latest technologies.
  • Design and maintain data warehouse solutions to ensure global alignment and scalability.
  • Ensure efficient data exchange across applications and eliminate duplication.
  • Deliver accurate and insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics in collaboration with service providers.
  • Apply advanced analytics tools and techniques to model complex problems and processes, and provide actionable insights.
  • Work cross-functionally to solve problems, track key performance metrics, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives focused on reporting, testing, optimization, customer segmentation, and insights generation.
  • Optimize the use of analytics tools/techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports, dashboards, and insights as per the agreed timelines.

Location- Onsite, Bangalore
Duration- 3 months (extendable)

Skills Required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate degree in Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 12-15 years of experience in a similar background, with 7-10 years of experience in leading analytics teams.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, business analytics, decision trees, cluster analysis, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in master data management, data warehousing, and database management systems.
  • Proven ability to design and implement solutions that align with business needs and global standards.
     

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in Data Analytics Tools and Techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge in Statistical Modelling and Optimization.
  • Strong experience in developing and maintaining reporting systems and dashboards.
  • Ability to drive efficiency through the use of data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and functions.
  • Ability to lead, manage, and develop a high-performing analytics team.
