Assignment Details

Our client is a leading management consulting firm and are looking to engage with an Integration Project Manager to lead and oversee the integration delivery strategy for the HCM (Human Capital Management) projects.

Key Responsibilities-
1. Collaborate with HCM Integration Leads, Integration Experts, Payroll vendors, and other stakeholders to define and implement the HCM integrations workstream scope.
2. Ensure alignment with overall program objectives, enabling effective planning and execution of integration projects.
3. Oversee and manage the integration delivery strategy, focusing on DDIT (Design, Development, Implementation, and Testing), program management, and execution.
4. Provide guidance and support to the Global Program Lead, Business Program Global Owner/Lead, and PMO team throughout all project phases.
5. Act as the escalation contact for Workstream Leads/Functional teams, ensuring that any identified gaps are addressed promptly with the delivery partner.

Skills Required

- Strong experience in HCM integration projects and program management.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex integration projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in overseeing and executing integration delivery strategies.
