Assignment Details

Our Client,  a leading consulting firm is looking to engage with a Cybersecurity Consultant

Key Responsibilities: 
 -Disaster Recovery (DR) and Cybersecurity Plan Development: Create and maintain a disaster recovery and cybersecurity framework aligned with manufacturing requirements, prioritizing minimal downtime and rapid incident response.
-  Backup and Recovery Management: Design and implement backup strategies, data replication processes, and offsite storage solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Incident Response Coordination: Establish procedures for identifying, containing, escalating, and resolving cybersecurity breaches, with a focus on clear communication channels.
-  Testing and Improvement Oversight: Plan and conduct regular DR drills, penetration tests, and simulations. Document lessons learned and refine processes for continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Standardization: Ensure disaster recovery and cybersecurity practices meet relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, NIST, or sector-specific guidelines.

 

Skills Required

-Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in disaster recovery and cybersecurity planning, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
 -Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of data replication, backup strategies, and network security.
- Incident Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead incident response initiatives, including containment and escalation protocols.
 - Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance frameworks and industry standards in cybersecurity and disaster recovery.
  -Testing and Improvement: Experience conducting DR drills and penetration tests with a focus on enhancing resilience and security.
