Assignment Details

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Siemens PLM Implementation Consultant to lead and execute Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects using Siemens PLM solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless implementation, customization, and integration of Siemens PLM solutions across Automotive OEMs. The ideal candidate will have a blend of hands-on technical expertise and managerial experience, ensuring project success from initiation to delivery.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Siemens PLM implementation projects for Automotive OEMs, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Customize and configure Siemens PLM solutions to align with client-specific needs.
  • Ensure successful integration of PLM systems with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Oversee data migration, system validation, and post-implementation support.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams to maximize solution adoption.

Skills Required

Skills required:

  • 8-12 years in manufacturing at Automotive OEMs, Farm Equipment Manufacturers or Tech Services
  • Knowledge of PLM solution architecture, workflows, and processes.
  • Experience with integrating Siemens PLM with ERP systems
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Siemens PLM to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Experience in data extraction, transformation, and migration
