Assignment Details

Our Client an Indian multinational healthcare group is looking to engage with a Jr. Business Analyst for a Project.

Key Responsibilities:

-Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare datasets, including cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data to identify trends and actionable insights.
-Excel Expertise: Perform advanced data analysis using Excel at scale, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel functions to support decision-making.
-Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements, translating them into project briefs for BI or data analytics projects.
-SQL Queries: Query on-premises or cloud databases using SQL (nice to have) to extract data for further analysis.
-Healthcare Data Management: Utilize healthcare-specific datasets for data management and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
-Power BI: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics, trends, and insights derived from the healthcare datasets (bonus).
-Data Reconciliation: Compare datasets for reconciliation, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
-Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, BI developers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and support BI initiatives.

BUSINESS ANALYTICS IN HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

Skills Required

-2+ years of analyst experience working with healthcare data
-demonstrable experience in excel analysis at scale
-Experience working with healthcare datasets essential
-SQL experience to query on-prem or cloud DBs is nice to have
-Experience gathering & requirements from business users and preparing BI project briefs
-Experience with gathering data, transforming & analysing healthcare datasets to derive insights
-Power BI experience and dashboard building will be bonus
-Demonstrable ability to compare datasets for reconciliation, validation & troubleshooting differences
