Our Client, a global management consulting firm, seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in digital lending, particularly in MSME and Trade Finance. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience, blending product management and technical expertise, to lead the design and development of digital lending journeys. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless customer experiences, overseeing the entire development process, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Journey Design: Lead the design of large-ticket MSME and corporate lending journeys, ensuring customer-centric and efficient processes.
2. UI/UX Management: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with business objectives.
3. Requirement Translation: Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for developers, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
4. Development Oversight: Manage and oversee the end-to-end development process, working closely with system integrators and development teams.
5. Project Management Office (PMO): Act as the PMO for the project, managing open items, identifying and resolving blockers, and ensuring project milestones are met.
6.User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Oversee UAT, ensuring that the developed solutions meet the required standards and are ready for deployment.
Skills Required
Experience & Qualifications:
Banking Experience: Proven experience in the banking sector, with a strong understanding of MSME and Trade Finance products and processes.
Tech-Savvy: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies, digital lending journeys, and industry offerings.
Techno-Functional Expertise: Ability to work with system integrators to manage development, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and business leaders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
