Assignment Details

Our client, an Indian Multinational Pharmaceutical Company, is seeking an Independent and experienced individual for the role of Senior Advisor - CTO. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in assessing and evaluating our current technological infrastructure, with a focus on harmonizing data systems.

Work involves:
- Evaluate the current technology stack to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Lead efforts to harmonize data across various systems and platforms to ensure seamless integration and accessibility.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic technology initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or start-up environment is desirable, providing insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors.

Location: Mumbai
Capacity: Ideally 5 days/week; can consider 4 days/week.

Skills Required

- Proven track record of successful tech stack evaluation and optimization.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or start-up ecosystem is a must-have.
- Familiarity with replenishment processes and supply chain dynamics will be a plus.
- Understanding of Sales & Marketing, and Distribution/Channel Management will be good to have.
