Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation is looking to engage with a Consultant Data Scientist in the Software Quality Team.

Main responsibilities
 In collaboration with a network of experts including but not limited to Customer Care, Front Office and
End-to-end Customer Experience teams.
o Learn and evaluate existing data and tools for customer feedback and SW development.
o Create dashboards for project teams to understand the customer experience and the
development process efficiencies.
o Automate the process for these for all SW Quality KPIs as defined by the Global SW Quality
team.
o Identify gaps within in current data and tools, propose solutions to improve our collection of SW
related data.

 Innovative, analytical approach to solving complex problems and performing troubleshooting.
 Track record of managing data, data analytics, and effectively sharing that data to others.
 Ability to work across teams, leading operational change, across a worldwide organization.
 Strong ability to work in fast-paced environment and ability to multitask with ease is essential to the success
of this position.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Skills Required

Qualifications and experiences
- Education in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in Data Science/Analytics.
- 1+ years of experience writing code in Python.
- Experience with Tableau, & Data Bases.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience leveraging AI to support analysis.
- Strong understanding of SW/FW and connected / IoT devices.
