Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation is looking to engage with a Consultant QMS Specialist (SME).
Key responsibilities:
1. Customer integration:
a. Analyze & monitor proper fulfilment of contractual and committed requirements on projects.
b. Manage professionally feedback from and to the internal customers.
c. Manage effectively corrective actions.
2. Quality planning and control:
Q-Plan according to ISO 9001:2015 is to be established and continuously monitored. Progress and results should be verifiable based on:
a) Project-critical factors.
b) Quality related KPI´s or key figures,
c) Defined target values or characteristics to be achieved.
3. Quality management:
a) Determination, implementation, and sustainment of a consistent QM-system.
b) Supporting the Function Managers in planning and implementing function-specific processes.
c) Working with Performance Manager and India Quality Leader in implementing REP entity level procedures.
4. Quality standards in processes / projects: Ensure execution according to determined processes and planned activities. Ensuring proper execution of processes in projects
5. Focused, regular and direct quality reporting: Quality status reporting to REP Function management and other defined parties based on determined KPI´s, key figures, and characteristics. This includes reporting of quality incidents and cause-effect analysis results of quality problems.
6. Supplier management: Application of supplier-related proceedings, such as selection, qualification, development, integration, supervision and auditing that should be defined as part of the Q-Plan
7. Continuous improvement: An appropriate systematic for identifying and treatment of process or product related improvement potentials is to be established effectively for all phases/ steps of project execution.
8. Audits and assessments: Planning of and participation in project audits, assessments, reviews, and status meetings. Analysis of the results with definition and effective implementation of appropriate (improvement) measures.

-Atleast 6 years of relevant experience
- BE / Technical Graduate.
-Knowledge of QMS processes and ISO 9001:2015 standard.
- Knowledge of QC tools, risk analysis, FMEA, review techniques, cause-effect analysis, 8-D-method, etc.
- Min. 6 years out of which at least 3-4 years in QA function with experience of establishing and Implementing QMS systems in organizations.

- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with a can-do attitude
- Adhering to the principals & values.
