Assignment Details

Our Client, a Global leader in energy management & automation, is looking to engege with Cosultant - Delphi Developer.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using Delphi and Object Pascal.
  • Integrate third-party UI components and ensure seamless functionality.
  • Collaborate with architects and testers to implement and ensure product quality.
  • Write design documents, interpret user stories, and convert them into efficient code.
  • Follow secure coding practices and adhere to SDLC guidelines.
  • Conduct unit testing and leverage automation tools where possible.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in application development using Delphi V10 and Object Pascal.
  • Strong knowledge in MySQL development and experience with version control tools.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, memory management, multi-threading, and design patterns.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Skills Required

Primary Skills:

1. Hands on experience in application development (Min 5, Max 10) using DELPHI V10 and Object PASCAL.

2. Hands on experience (Nice to Have) on ACTIVE PERL version 5.7 and above

3. Hands on experience in using & integrating with Third party UI components like DevExpress.

4. Hands on experience with MySQL development.

5. Expertise in OOPs, Memory Management and Multi-Threading.

6. Exposure to use Design Patterns.

7. Exposure to Security Development Life Cycle and Secure Coding Practices.

8. Ability to use Version Control tools like TFS, DevOps, SVN, GIT, Clear Case etc.
