Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a Freelance Consultant with expertise in software quality, assurance, and project/product management to help establish a robust software requirements consolidation process. The ideal candidate will work closely with software project teams to streamline requirement gathering, documentation, and alignment, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with software project teams to consolidate and standardize software requirements.
Develop and implement a structured process for capturing, documenting, and reviewing requirements.
Ensure alignment of requirements with project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in current practices and propose process improvements.
Incorporate product and project management principles to optimize requirement gathering and tracking.
Ensure that requirements are well-integrated into project workflows and quality assurance standards.
Provide best practices for managing software requirements effectively across projects.
Prepare detailed documentation, templates, and reports to support the newly established processes.

Location: Remote (aligned to Hong Kong/Japan/Singapore time zones)
Duration: 3 months

Skills Required

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, product management, or project management.
Proven expertise in requirement management and process optimization.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in establishing or improving requirement consolidation processes is a plus.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
