Assignment Details

We are looking for a Software Quality Analyst with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the software industry or relevant service organizations. The ideal candidate will have solid exposure to core software industry quality practices, including FMEA, FTA, and Agile methodologies. Exposure to Microgrid systems is a plus, and experience with Cybersecurity (especially FCSR) is highly valued. Candidates with assertive communication skills and experience working in cross-cultural or multi-domain environments will be highly appreciated.

 

 

  • Implementation and Facilitation of R&D Project Quality Processes: Ensure that the highest quality solutions are delivered to customers by implementing and facilitating quality processes in R&D projects.
  • Establish and Monitor Program Quality Indicators: Establish and monitor key quality indicators (e.g., Software Quality Indicators - SQI) to track product defects and improve quality.
  • Lead on Key Quality Topics: Take a leadership role in discussing and driving quality fundamentals within the team, particularly in areas like Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA).

    • Knowledge of Quality Practices: Understanding of standard quality practices, metrics, and processes to ensure product excellence.
    • Agile Practices: Proficiency in Agile methodologies to enhance collaboration and iterative improvement within development squads.
    • Customer Advocacy & Success: Strong focus on customer advocacy, ensuring customer requirements are met with high-quality deliverables.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Communication: Straightforward and assertive communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex ideas and feedback.
    • Collaboration: Strong ability to work in diverse teams and collaborate effectively across different cultures and domains.
    • Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to engage with and understand individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring smooth teamwork.

Skills Required

Executive Summary :

  • Required Software Quality leader with Minimum 2-3 years of experience with relevant exposure in software core industry or service provided or Software platform.
  • Exposure to Microgrid system is Plus.
  • Cybersecurity exposure on FCSR is Plus and a key attribute.
  • Assertive skills and exposure to Cross cultural / Multi domain expertise will be appreciated.

Education: Engineering degree (In information Technology  / Computer Science)

 

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3years of in software Industry or Relevant service organization...!
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
