Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a Power Platform Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Solution Design & Development:
- Collaborate with partners to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Design and develop complex Power Apps applications and robust Power Automate workflows.
- Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with other Microsoft products and third-party systems.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of developed solutions.
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end components of applications.
2. Process Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of automation initiatives.
3. Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the organization.
4. Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Explore new features and capabilities to enhance solution development.
Skills Required
Qualifications:
1. 1-5 years of experience in designing and developing Power Apps, Power Automate solutions, and SharePoint.
2. Strong understanding of Power Platform components (Power BI, Dataverse, Power Pages, etc.).
3. Proficiency in Power FX, Dataverse, AI Builder, Common Data Service, and data connectors.
4. Experience with UI/UX design principles and integration between platforms.
5. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certifications in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
2. Experience with other low-code/no-code platforms.
