Our client, a Global Leader in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a Consultant: Scrum of Scrum Master - Embedded Products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Coordination: Guide and synchronize the work of multiple squads, ensuring alignment with product strategy and execution.
2. Facilitation: Lead rituals and key events for the Team of Squads, promoting collaboration and communication among squad members.
3. Roadmap Management: Assist in building and maintaining mid and long-term roadmaps, addressing risks and dependencies.
4. Continuous Improvement: Coach squads on Agile methodologies, driving efficiency, self-improvement, and change management.
5. Impediment Resolution: Identify and escalate obstacles, providing solutions to enhance team performance.
6. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships between Product Owners, squads, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity on product backlogs and commitments.
7. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor progress metrics across squads, ensuring alignment with overall goals.
8. Agile Promotion: Advocate for Agile values and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in product quality.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in Embedded Product Development or Project Management, particularly with Hybrid Agile methodologies.
- Facilitation Expertise: Strong skills in facilitating synchronization of activities across electronic design, firmware development, and product development.
- Agile Knowledge: Proficient in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile at Scale frameworks (Hybrid Agile, SAFe, Scrum at Scale).
- Leadership: Ability to build and lead teams in a matrix environment, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Risk Management: Strong risk management and budget oversight capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
