Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an experienced Serverless Application Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain serverless applications on AWS, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in AWS Lambda, proficiency in Node.js or Python, and a solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda and related AWS services.
Develop new features with a focus on functionality, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
Troubleshoot issues, perform bug fixes, and ensure high application reliability.
Collaborate with the Engineering Manager, Lead Developer, and Business Analyst to align project goals and deliverables.
Participate in Agile development with a distributed team to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Skills Required

Experience: 3-5 years in software development with a focus on AWS serverless technologies.
Programming: Proficiency in Node.js or Python.
AWS Expertise: Strong experience with AWS Lambda and CloudFormation Templates.
Database Skills: Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, such as DynamoDB and MongoDB.
Data Engineering (Preferred): Familiarity with AWS Glue and data pipeline development is a plus.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks according to project needs.
