Assignment Details

Our client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking an AI Scrum Master, who will be the guardian of the AI Funnel management process and serve as both a coach and scrum master for the assigned squads. Your primary focus will be on internal processes and digital customer relationship use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the AI Funnel process, ensuring smooth and effective execution.
Act as a Scrum Master for multiple squads, facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through Scrum practices.
Coach teams on Scrum and Agile methodologies to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Work closely with stakeholders to manage relationships and align on project goals.
Utilize your expertise in software development, SDLC, DevOps, and MLOps to support project success.
Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation, particularly with a focus on AI use cases.

Location: This role is based in Bangalore with a hybrid work arrangement.
Duration: Initial contract of 3-6 months.

Skills Required

Scrum Certified (e.g., Alliance, etc.)
Extensive experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Strong knowledge of relationship management and software development.
Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, and MLOps.
Genuine interest and experience in AI-related projects.
