Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Design Engineer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, preferably Generative AI, to join the dynamic team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining innovative web-based applications that integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into Industrial Automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Industrial Automation principles, complemented by strong experience in web technology and front-end development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web-based applications that leverage Generative AI models to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Interface fluently with Generative AI APIs, particularly those hosted online, such as Azure OpenAI, to integrate advanced AI capabilities into existing systems.
Design and implement chatbots and other complex integrations within existing tools to improve functionality and user interaction.
Stay informed about adjacent technologies to Generative AI, such as Embeddings and Vector Databases, applying this knowledge to enhance system capabilities.
Collaborate closely with Industrial Automation Engineering teams to seamlessly integrate Generative AI technologies into various applications and systems.
Skills Required
Proven experience in building web-based applications that interface with AI models, with a strong focus on Generative AI.
Expertise in API interactions, especially with platforms like Azure OpenAI or similar.
Solid understanding of adjacent technologies to Generative AI, such as Embeddings and Vector Databases, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in common web frameworks, such as Angular, React, etc., with a keen eye for front-end development.
Ability to apply AI technologies within the context of Industrial Automation Engineering Applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
