Assignment Details

Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and Automation, is seeking a skilled Windchill Developer with extensive experience in Windchill customizations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Windchill platform to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize Windchill applications and modules based on user requirements and business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to Windchill customizations and implementations.
Perform system testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and reliability of the custom solutions.
Support users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windchill applications.
Stay updated on the latest Windchill features and best practices to enhance system performance and usability.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Windchill Developer with a strong focus on customizations (minimum of 4+ years).
In-depth knowledge of Windchill architecture, data model, and customization options.
Proficiency in Java, XML, and other relevant programming languages.
Experience with Windchill API and integration with third-party applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with PLM processes and practices.
Familiarity with other PTC products or PLM systems.
Certification in Windchill or related technologies.
