Our client, a leading consulting company, is looking for an independent consultant who can deliver the following responsibilities :
Requirements gathering:
Analyzing business needs and identifying integration points between SAP and non-SAP systems.
Solution design:
Architecting integration flows, including data mapping, interface design, and message routing.
Implementation:
Configuring SAP Integration tools (like PI/PO, CPI) to build and deploy integration flows.
Development:
Writing custom code for complex data transformations or specific integration scenarios.
Testing and quality assurance:
Performing unit and integration testing to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
Maintenance and support:
Troubleshooting integration issues, resolving production problems, and providing ongoing support.
Collaboration:
Working with functional teams, developers, and project managers to deliver integration solutions.
Skills Required
- Expertise in SAP Integration technologies like CPI, PI/PO, BTP Integration Suite
- Understanding of data formats like XML, JSON, EDI
- Proficiency in mapping tools and techniques (graphical mapping, XSLT)
- Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP) and API management
- Programming skills (Java, ABAP, depending on the integration platform)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
