Our client, world's leading health and safety organization is looking to engage with a Consultant Talent Acquisition Manager.
Primary Purpose:
1. To support all recruitment and talent acquisition aspects in a timely manner to aid staff retention and reduce the time and cost to fill vacancies.
2. The role will implement a range of recruitment marketing and social media campaigns to strengthen the employment brand and drive applications, as well as identify, engage, and attract specialist talent in the market by employing a range of proactive sourcing methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement a range of sourcing and attraction initiatives, including the proactive identification and approach of potential candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri.com, or industry forums and continuously build networks in the target talent markets.
Responsible for designing and implementing an effective end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring relevant understanding of roles, adherence and delivery within BSS’s policies and process.
Ensure all vacancies are advertised internally and externally promptly, and offers will go out to candidates within two/three weeks of advertising a role.
Manage relationships with hiring leads effectively and ensure their requirements are captured accurately in the external job adverts and during candidate screening.
Coach and develop line managers to be competent in writing/updating job descriptions, CV screening, candidate management, ATS usage, interviewing skills, and giving positive and constructive feedback.
Review and maintain recruitment resources, particularly interview guides/questions that align with the role competencies
Act as a leader for candidate experience and an engaging candidate journey to ensure all candidates, hired or not, first stage or final, have a warm, informative, and supportive candidate experience.
Act as a champion and advocate for BSC’s external, candidate-facing platforms, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Naukri.com and Indeed, and grow the engagement month-on-month.
Lead People HR-Applicant Tracking System (ATS); including day-to-day management, system improvements or user training, full utilisation of all features, etc.
Monitor and consistently try to reduce the costs of the recruitment process, maximising direct recruitment and have zero agency usage in Mumbai.
Provide Talent Acquisition reporting, including time-to-fill, cost-to-fill, time vacant,
candidate pipeline, etc. Report monthly, quarterly, and annually as defined and agreed with Head of HR.
Monitor relevant labour legislation and implement required changes to Recruitment and Selection, Diversity, Equality and Inclusion policies and procedures, including full compliance with GDPR and other data protection laws.
As part of onboarding, create and share E-Learning account for new joiners and ensure they complete all compliance modules.
Ensure all new joiners are introduced to the organisation via intranet and maintain
Ensure all new joiners receive the Organisation chart, and the updated chart is uploaded to the intranet monthly.
Responsible for end-to-end of the recruitment cycle for LLP and support the UK team with sharing internal vacancies, scheduling interviews and any other task as required.
Ensure all references are carried out as necessary
Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties to support the Human Resources function and various business projects.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Hybrid, working from office 2 to 3 days)
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing talent acquisition for a small to medium-sized organisation managing all aspects of talent acquisition.
- Professional experience in a similar recruitment position with in-house recruitment experience, across all levels of roles, with recruiting for highly technical roles
- Entrepreneurial mindset, creating resourceful solutions to identify and attract talent whilst reducing time and cost to hire
- Ability to effectively assess candidate skill and personality fit for roles and teams
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers to deliver effective hiring, on-time and within the budget
- Experience partnering external platforms and negotiating competitive rates
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability and confidence to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced organisation
- Exceptional written and verbal skills, to be able to communicate with a diverse stakeholder group
- Act as a role model in line with company’s vision and values
- Relevant employment law knowledge
