Periodic Review of Scope of Work and Responsibilities
Fluid Transition from existing structure to proposed structure/hierarchy without affecting existing production or manufacturing processes.
Training of employees in their respective areas on regular basis for improving/updating of their knowledge and skills based on their work profile.
Develop SOPs/HR policies in line with current market trends and best practices
Better utilization of existing HR software and synchronization with actual Job Roles & Responsibilities
Succession planning for critical roles/positions
Skill/Competency gap analysis and plan for development and filling the gaps by various interventions.
Develop road map with milestones for cultural transformation and imbibe professionalism

Location:
Based in Mumbai or with an operational office in Mumbai.
Experience:
Transitioning family-owned companies to corporate entities.
Handling textile manufacturing units, preferably in technical textiles.
