The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our recruitment process to help optimize talent acquisition strategies and improve the overall hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Market Analysis: Conduct competitive intelligence and market research on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate sourcing strategies.
2. Data Collection & Reporting: Collect and analyze recruitment data, including candidate sourcing, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and employee retention metrics.
3. Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the recruitment team and leadership based on data analysis.
4. Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with HR business partners, hiring managers, and recruiters to support recruitment needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
5. Tool Optimization: Help implement and optimize recruitment technology and analytics tools (ATS, CRM, etc.) to improve the recruitment process.
