Assignment Details

Our client, an Indian conglomerate in the textile, metal, cement, finance, telecom, and many more industries is looking for a Independent Consultant  as an L&D Consultant for Analysing Impact of Coaching Initiatives : 

Key Responsibilties :
1-Studying and reporting the impact of coaching intervention at ABG
2-Analysis of employee engagement scores
3-Video or text testimonials from coaches and coachees and FGDs with coachees 
4-In Units – how did the culture change post coaching intervention
5-Filling of nomination form for external awards on Coaching
6-Analysis of MDPs and DAC reports to identify cohort wise development themes
7-Campaigns to leverage coaching for employees
 

Skills Required

1-Worked on research projects (mandatory)
2-Proficient in Power BI / Excel (mandatory)
3-Preparing reports / decks for senior leadership
4-Basic awareness of Coaching (not mandatory)
