A leading Power Technologies Company is looking for An HR Policies Revamp Specialist is responsible for assessing, redesigning, and implementing human resource policies to ensure they are effective, compliant, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. This role requires a deep understanding of labor laws, organizational behavior, and best practices in human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Policy Assessment: Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing HR policies to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with current legislation.
  • Development and Implementation: Design new HR policies that reflect the organization's values and objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with management, employees, and other stakeholders to gather input on policy changes and ensure buy-in during implementation.
  • Training and Communication: Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate employees about new policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies post-implementation and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance data.
  • Research: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes that may impact HR policies.

Skills Required

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in human resources with a focus on policy development or compliance. Experience in organizational change initiatives is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills to assess policy effectiveness.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
    • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools.
