Assignment Details

Our client, a global FMCG, is looking to engage with a Consultant: HR Analytics for a 9 month remote project with UK timezone. 

Key Responsibilities:

- People Analytics and Data Consolidation; 
- Good writing, storytelling and deck/ppt designs;
- FTE, Cost Tracking, Workforce planning inputs, Transfer Matrix;
- Engagement with senior stakeholders- director level etc; 
- Engagement with Finance and Uniops Data Lead; 
- Ability to create/cascade conceptual and more soft materials such as conversation guides, strategy pillars, etc working closely to the People Experience Change Management area.

Note:
- 9 months project 
- UK Time Zone 
- Remote
- Full Time Capacity 



 

Skills Required

-Prior experience in corporate- HR analytics, Data Analytics is preferred; 
- Good Communication skills, Good PPT skills;
- Stakeholder Management
