Assignment Details

Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is looking to engage with an: HR Generalist Consultant for a 6 months project for their Beauty & Wellbeing business division around the pillars of Culture and Talent.



Key Deliverables:

- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent aligned with organizational needs; 
- Implement and monitor performance management frameworks that promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement; 
- Champion the organization’s values and ensure alignment in HR policies and programs; 
- Facilitate training and awareness programs that support diversity and cultural intelligence; 
- Support leadership in designing organizational structures that align with strategic goals; 
- Assess skill gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to design targeted learning initiatives.


Duration: 6 months 
Location: Mumbai- Remote/ Hybrid 

Capacity- Full Time 


 

Skills Required

- HR generalist with 12 to 15 years of experience across Talent, Culture, Organisation and Capability; 
- Past experience into HRBP, Talent Management, Capability, OD roles; 
- Educational qualification – MBA in HR (Preferably from Tier1 or Tier2 college)
