Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, is looking to engage with a Project Manager in HR Transformation for a 12-month remote project.
Key Deliverables:
- Lead the global HR transformation strategy and initiatives, aligning HR practices with the organization’s goals and objectives.
-Collaborate with HR and business leaders to assess current HR processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
-Develop and execute a comprehensive HR transformation roadmap, incorporating process improvements, system enhancements, and change management strategies.
-Drive the implementation of global HR systems and technologies, ensuring integration with other relevant platforms.
-Define and implement global HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring consistency and compliance across all locations.
-Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance HR knowledge and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
-Drive organizational change by promoting HR initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and enhancing employee experience.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, Finance, and Legal, to integrate HR systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
-Manage HR system implementations, including vendor selection, project planning, system configuration, and user acceptance testing.
-Monitor HR performance metrics and analytics, identifying trends and making recommendations for process improvements and enhanced HR service delivery.
Note:
12 months project, full time capacity, remote (UK timezone)
- 3+ years of experience in HR transformation, PMO, HRBP, and HR processes;
-Well-versed with IT and HR Analytics is preferred;
- Hands-on experience into HR, Tech transformation along with PMO is preferred;
-Problem-solving and multiple stakeholder management.
