Assignment Details

Our client is the leading FMCG Firm and they are looking to engage with a Consultant- Learning and Engagement who will be responsible for employee engagement activities for learning and leadership development

• Design programs and interventions that improve organizational performance in the near term and build organizational capabilities to be “ready” for the future.
• Develop and improve the organization through a variety of Organizational Development initiatives extending from organizational assessment and effective processes.
• Develop a learning organization culture that supports and drives change and reinforces innovation, performance, and continuous improvement.

Skills Required

Skills required:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in learning, previous experience in
learning curriculum creation
- Content curation experience in Learning
- Eager to learn
- Great organization skills
- Detail-oriented
- Agile and has high adaptability and flexibility
- Strong team player and great at delivery through collaborations
